Units that are still leasehold pay a monthly lease fee of $130.62 for a one bedroom units and $182.52 for a two bedroom. Maintenance fees include all common area maintenance, building insurance, propane, water, sewer,  and  5 channel cable tv signal. Electricity is separately metered.
